Frequently Asked Questions

How can I give?

There are several ways that you can give: 1) During a weekend gathering 2) Mail to or drop-off at our offices 3) Online

What methods of payment are accepted online?

We accept online donations by credit/debit card and electronic transfer from your bank account. We encourage the use of electronic funds transfer for two reasons: 1) Although many pay the full balance of their credit card monthly, some do not, and we in no way want to encourage debt.  2) With electronic transfer your entire gift goes to the church. When using a credit card, as much as 3% of your gift can go to the credit card company through fees charged to the church.

Can I set up a recurring donation online?

Yes. There are two ways you can set-up a recurring donation: 1) When logged into the secure giving page you will be asked “How often would you like to give?” simply choose “Recurring” and set-up the frequency and amount. To update a recurring donation or to view your personal giving report please login to your "My Page" account HERE. 2) Within your personal bank's online bill pay you should have the option of setting up a recurring payment.

Do I pay any fees to give online?

No. You will not be charged a fee for your gift nor should you be charged a fee from your financial institution.

Is it safe to give online?

Yes. Giving online is just as safe, if not safer than writing a check, because an electronic gift cannot be lost, destroyed, or stolen. When you give online you will be taken to a secure and private page hosted by ACS Technologies. The Church does not receive any account numbers and you can be assured that the rest of your information will remain private.

Do your part to help us keep your information safe by protecting your log-in information and never allowing someone access to your account. The Church will never call you to ask for your log-in information.

Why do I have to set up an account and password?

Quite simply… it’s for your security. Setting up an account with a password allows you to enter the secure area of the website for your transaction.

How long will it take for you to process my donation?

For all donations (online, cash, check, weekend service, by mail, etc.), please allow one week for your donation to clear your account and appear on your giving statement. If you do not see that it has gone through after one week, please contact us so that we can investigate the issue.

Can I review my donation history online?

Yes, simply sign-in here. If this is your first time signing in, this screen will allow you to set up a new account. Once logged in you can view and print your giving statement at any time.

What is the deadline for annual contributions?

All contributions must be received or postmarked by midnight on December 31st to be included on your giving statement for the current year.

If I give to the church, will I receive a tax receipt?

Every donation is recorded in our financial database. If you make a tax-deductible contribution to the church, we will send you a year-end statement. Statements are mailed to your home address in January. To ensure that you receive your statement, call to confirm your address. You can view your year-to-date statement any time by signing in here.

Can I designate my gift to a particular department or ministry?

Every dollar given to our Tithes & Offerings fund is used to support the overall mission of the church and distributed accordingly; therefore, gifts cannot be designated for use by a specific Ministry. However, we do set-up Board Approved Funds as needed for projects that are outside of our general fund. Examples would be; Missions, Compassion, Compelled Campaign, and Mortgage Retirement.
